Convinced that the Church is the most transformative force for life change, Tyler Vance has spent over two decades designing efficient systems, cultivating high-performing teams, and leveraging technology for ministry. A pastor at heart, his creative leadership and entrepreneurial approach have led him to collaborate with business leaders, offering faith-based insights that expand impact beyond church walls.

Before joining Apollos as COO in 2023, Tyler spent 16 years at Life.Church, starting as an Operations Pastor during the birth of its multi-site model. During his tenure, he continued to expand the Church through campus launches and led one of its highest-performing teams, overseeing all the technology still used across every location. Today, he continues this mission at Apollos by equipping churches with the strategies they need to strengthen discipleship, streamline operations, and extend their impact.
